Why “Old Guillaume”?

Our Vieux Guillaume rosé is one of the first rosés in the BORDEAUX ROSE appellation, since it was already on the menu of some great restaurants in the center of Bordeaux in 1944.

Vieux Guillaume owes its name to a character with a strong character, formerly the family's cellar master, and whose portrait appears on the rosé label.
